What CARE means on a crew

The same four letters our customers are promised.

C

Communicate & Commit

Come prepared, communicate proactively, use facts and root-cause thinking, and contribute to continuous improvement.

A

Act with

Safety, integrity, accountability and honesty — in the field work and in the records.

R

Relationships

Teamwork, trustworthiness, preparation and respect. Invest in coworkers, customers and partners.

E

Eliminate

Assumptions, drama, excuses and egos. Replace them with clarification, verification, ownership and solutions.

The work itself

What you would actually be trusted with

Applied systems, not commodity boxes. Preventative maintenance built on trended readings rather than attendance. Structured startup across five defined phases. And the CARE reliability system that ties the two together.

Chillers, heat pump arrays, VRF and VRV, large RTUs, cooling towers, pumps and VFDs — from Aermec, Carrier, ClimaCool, Daikin Applied, Jetson and York. Service technicians and pipefitters both, because on applied systems the piping and the machine are the same problem.

CARE in ActionCome prepared. Act with integrity. Invest in the people around you. Eliminate the assumptions that get people hurt.
