If the HVAC Health Assessment does not find at least two risks you can act on and did not already know about, we will say so in writing. The assessment is already no-cost for qualified sites. Paid work requires separate approval.
Who qualifies
Commercial, industrial, medical, and multi-tenant facilities in the greater Bay Area with at least one applied HVAC asset serving occupied or operationally sensitive space. Your team commits to one review meeting. Customer/credit onboarding, site access and equipment details are arranged before scheduling.
If your site does not qualify, you get a straight answer and a referral, not a sales pitch.
Important notes
Equipment must be operational for logging. The inspection does not include troubleshooting or repairs. The Maintenance Review provides recommendations; it does not guarantee results or replace routine service, corrective repair, or diagnostic work.

Commercial, industrial, medical, education and multi-tenant facilities with applied HVAC equipment in the active service area. CCMS is not a residential contractor.
