Free HVAC Assessments | ClimateCare Mechanical Service

Complimentary · No obligation

Find out what risks you are actually carrying

Four free assessments. Each one answers a different question, and each one ends with something in writing you can act on.

Why we give these away
A critical machine that has never had a risk review is almost always hiding more than three risks. We would rather show you than tell you.
Reliability, on your timeline.
Detect early. Prioritize clearly. Decide confidently.
3
Assessment slots each month

First come, first served. Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. A senior technician performs every one.

Health Assessment (Risk Audit)

Complimentary Operational Inspection

What shape is my equipment really in?

A senior technician performs a deep operational inspection on one commercial HVAC unit. You get an Operational Log, a Service Report, and clear next-step recommendations within 24 hours — plus a written PM prescription.

$2,500 value · free for qualified sites

Complimentary

Preventative Maintenance Review

Preventative Maintenance Review

Is our current maintenance plan the right one?

A focused consultation on your current approach, intervals, and operating priorities, then a 15–30 minute strategy call with tailored guidance to raise reliability and cut risk. Bring submittals, drawings, or past maintenance logs if you have them.

Recommendations, not a replacement for service

Complimentary

Pre-Startup Strategy Review

Pre-Startup Strategy Review

Is this equipment actually ready to start?

A review of pre-start readiness before the equipment runs for the first time — what has to be confirmed, sequenced, and documented so startup does not stall and the warranty stays intact.

Best booked before the unit is energized

Complimentary

Owner Training Consultation

Owner Training Consultation

Does our team know what the factory expects?

A conversation about what your operators actually need to know, scoped against the factory documents your equipment already shipped with — restart guides, critical alarm summaries, and inspection checklists.

In writing

The Find-It-or-Free Guarantee

If the Health Assessment does not find at least two risks you can act on and did not already know about, we will say so in writing. You will owe us nothing. Ever.

Who qualifies

Commercial, industrial, medical, and multi-tenant facilities in the greater Bay Area with at least one applied HVAC asset serving occupied or operationally sensitive space. Your team commits to one review meeting. That is the whole ask.

If your site does not qualify, you get a straight answer and a referral, not a sales pitch.

Important notes

Equipment must be operational for logging. The inspection does not include troubleshooting or repairs. The Maintenance Review provides recommendations; it does not guarantee results or replace routine service, corrective repair, or diagnostic work.

Three slots a month. A senior technician on every one.

Answer the two-minute form and we will confirm whether your site qualifies. Qualified sites are booked within ten business days.
