Yes. It is a $2,500 value provided at no cost to qualified facilities. The assessment is free whether or not new risks are identified. Requesting it does not authorize paid repairs or a maintenance agreement.

Do I need an account to request it?

No. Submit your request first. Before the onsite visit, new customers must complete account setup and receive CCMS credit approval. Our team helps with required customer and site setup.

What if I am already a CCMS customer?

You may request an assessment for a new site where CCMS has not performed work before. Our team will confirm the site details and eligibility.

How soon can you visit?

A Service Coordinator or Account Manager responds within 24 hours of your request. That is a response commitment, not an appointment guarantee. We perform three assessments per month; when a month is full, requests are scheduled for the first available opening in a subsequent month.

Can you use this to troubleshoot a failed unit?

No. This offer is a preventative risk assessment of one critical HVAC asset, not a breakdown troubleshooting visit. Requests from competing mechanical service companies are also excluded.
