The things people actually ask
Who is eligible for the pull-through incentive program?
Journeymen and above are eligible. Apprentices may be eligible on a case-by-case basis when designated as lead technician on a dispatch.
Is this union work?
Yes. These roles are union and dispatched per local requirements.
Can apprentices and entry-level tradesmen apply?
Yes. We hire for both, and we coordinate with union apprenticeship requirements where they apply.
What equipment will I see?
A wide range: air- and water-cooled chillers, heat pump chillers, packaged and split systems, VRV and VRF systems, controls, pumps, VFDs and more.
Do you provide a vehicle?
Yes. A company vehicle and a gas card for business use, plus a company phone and a corporate card for approved expenses where the role requires it.
What about paid time off and pull-through incentives?
