What you will do
• Set standards and drive outcomes across multiple crews, customers and projects.
• Forecast and elvel manpower with service coordinator and general manager to meet schedule and quality.
• Lead program-level safety: set cadence, review trends, conduct stand-downs, and ensure JHAs and lockout/tagouts are complete and accurate.
• Direct mobilization for larger scopes; review drawings, SOP, manuals, phasing and plan rigging and cranes.
• Oversee startup and commissioning quality, documentation, completeness, and final turnover across projects.
• Remove roadblocks, resolve escalations, and align priorities with customers, operations, leadership and vendors.
• Build the bench: coach foreman, journeyman, apprentice and tradesman through ride-alongs, reviews and targeted training.
• Pull through generation: proactively identify maintenance, repair, retrofit and replacement opportunities; including but not limited to developing scopes of work and pricing with sales and operations to close work to keep crews utilized and build a rolling backlog..
• Build customer and team centric culture to respond and resolve disputes following CCMS CARE values.

Demonstrated success leading multiple crews on complex commercial/industrial HVAC.
Depth in HVAC, hydronics, controls, and safety requirements.
Strong planning, communication, customer and team leadership, and documentation skills.
Commercial acumen: demonstrated ability to surface opportunities, prepare scopes and quotes, and close pull through work.

Who is eligible for the pull through incentive program?
Journeyman or higher are eligible. Apprentices may be eligible on a case by case basis when designated as lead technician on a dispatch.
Is this union work?
Yes, roles are union and dispatched per local requirements.
Can apprentices and entry level tradesmen apply?
Yes, we hire for both and we coordinate with union apprenticeship requirements where applicable.
What equipment will I see?
A wide range from air and water cooled chillers, heat pump chillers, packaged and split systems, VRV/VRF systems, controls, pumps, VFDs, and more.
Do you provide a vehicle?
Yes. We provide a company vehicle and a gas card for business use, plus a company phone and a corporate card for approved expenses when the role requires it.
