What you will do

• Plan Field execution, manpower, staging, rigging, and subcontractors for assigned projects and customers.

• Run safe jobs and enforce procedures; conduct daily safety meetings and complete JHAs; enforce lockout tagouts.

• Read and markup mechanical and electrical drawings and direct modifications per specifications.

• Coordinate materials and vendors and ensure tools, equipment and rigging are ready when needed.

• Perform initial job walks and layouts and support quotes and bids with inside sales.

• Direct complex diagnostics and repairs and escalate to operations or engineering when needed.

• Provide daily updates to designated stake holders and ensure clean documentation and closeout.

• Coach technicians and mentor leads and apprentices through ride along and on the job supervision.

• Identify and generate pull through recommendations to resolve issues before they become shutdowns, generate work for you and your team and revenue for the company.

• Recruit, build and develop a team of Journeyman, Apprentice and Tradesman.

• Build customer and team centric culture to respond and resolve disputes following CCMS CARE values.

FAQ’s

Who is eligible for the pull through incentive program?

Journeyman or higher are eligible. Apprentices may be eligible on a case by case basis when designated as lead technician on a dispatch.

Is this union work?

Yes, roles are union and dispatched per local requirements.

Can apprentices and entry level tradesmen apply?

Yes, we hire for both and we coordinate with union apprenticeship requirements where applicable.

What equipment will I see?

A wide range from air and water cooled chillers, heat pump chillers, packaged and split systems, VRV/VRF systems, controls, pumps, VFDs, and more.

Do you provide a vehicle?

Yes. We provide a company vehicle and a gas card for business use, plus a company phone and a corporate card for approved expenses when the role requires it.
