Why Top Technicians Choose CCMS
We’re built for serious tradespeople at every stage: Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman. You’ll work on complex systems with a team that has your back and leadership that came up through the tools. Expect a steady mix of maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, start‑ups/commissioning, retrofits, and turnkey projects across multiple OEMs—so your skills stay sharp and your days stay interesting.
Who We Hire — Apprentices, Journeymen & Foremen
Apprentice — Learn & Earn Pathway
You’ll build fundamentals the right way—safety, documentation, and hands‑on skills—while supporting start‑ups, PMs, diagnostics, and retrofits. You’ll shadow experienced techs, assist with tools/materials, and take on scoped tasks as you progress.
Core Skill Milestones: preventive maintenance basics; electrical fundamentals; reading prints/submittals; controls awareness (VFDs/actuators/sensors); water‑side basics; professional documentation and communication.
Support: structured ride‑alongs and coaching; clear skill checklists; coordination with union apprenticeship/JATC requirements where applicable.
Journeyman — Own the Work
Maintain, diagnose, repair, start up/commission, and retrofit commercial/industrial HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot boards, valves, actuators, VFDs, motors, and safety devices; read prints/submittals; and close jobs clean with complete documentation. Collaborate with engineers, other techs, and customer maintenance to solve complex problems safely and efficiently.
Foreman / General Foreman — Lead the Work
Plan and run field execution, stage materials, uphold safety/quality, coordinate with customers and partners, coach technicians, and ensure documentation and closeout are complete. Drive the CARE culture on every job.
Our CARE Team Culture
• Commit & Communicate: come prepared, share facts and ideas, drive root‑cause solutions, and keep customers and teammates in the loop.
• Act With: safety, integrity, accountability, and honesty—especially in documentation and diagnostics.
• Relationships: be trustworthy, organized, proactive, respectful, engaged, resourceful, and a critical thinker.
• Eliminate: assumptions, drama, excuses, and egos—choose clarity, ownership, and solutions.
